Terms of Service
Last Updated: July 20, 2026
Welcome to Tattoo Point (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at tattoo-point.com (the “Site”) and the tattoo and related services we provide at our Costa Mesa, California studio (the “Services”). By using our Site or booking an appointment with us, you agree to these Terms.
Section 1 — Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum age required under California law, to receive tattoo services from us, and you must provide valid government-issued photo identification prior to any appointment. We do not tattoo minors under any circumstances unless permitted by applicable law and accompanied by all required documentation.
Section 2 — Bookings, Deposits, and Cancellations
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve most appointments. Deposits are applied toward the final cost of your tattoo if you attend your scheduled appointment. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. We reserve the right to refuse service, reschedule, or end a session at our discretion, including for reasons related to client conduct, health and safety, or artist availability.
Section 3 — Health, Safety, and Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your health, allergies, medications, and any conditions that may affect your eligibility for tattooing. You agree to follow all instructions provided by our artists, including the aftercare guidance on our Site. We are not responsible for complications resulting from undisclosed health information or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
Section 4 — Payment
Full payment is due when services are rendered, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Quoted prices are estimates and may vary with design complexity, size, placement, and session length.
Section 5 — Artwork, Photography, and Intellectual Property
Custom designs remain the intellectual property of Tattoo Point and the individual artist unless agreed otherwise in writing. We may photograph completed tattoos for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes. Let your artist know in writing before your appointment if you do not want your tattoo photographed or used promotionally.
Section 6 — Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tattoo Point and its artists and staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Services or use of the Site. Tattooing carries inherent risks, including infection, allergic reaction, and scarring, which you assume by proceeding with the Services.
Section 7 — Website Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with normal operation, or submitting false information through our forms.
Section 8 — Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
Section 9 — Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Section 10 — Contact Us
Questions about these Terms can be sent to Tattoopointca@gmail.com or (949) 694-8222.
