Studio Policies

A few simple rules help every session go smoothly. The full legal wording is in our Terms of Service.

Age and ID

You must be 18 or older. Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID to every appointment. We do not tattoo minors.

Deposits

A non-refundable $100 deposit reserves your appointment and is applied to the final price of your tattoo.

Rescheduling and cancellations

Need a new date? Let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment and your deposit moves to the new date. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is needed to rebook.

Late arrivals

Running late? Please call or text us. If we don't hear from you, your artist waits up to 30 minutes for a small tattoo and up to 1 hour for a full-day session.

Payment

Full payment is due at the end of your session. Prices quoted before the appointment are estimates; the final price depends on size, detail, placement and time. We accept cards, Zelle, Venmo and cash, depending on the artist. Card payments have a 2.5% fee.

Your health

Please tell your artist about any allergies, medications, skin conditions or health issues before your session. If you plan to use numbing cream, let your artist know in advance. We recommend postponing your tattoo if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. We may reschedule if tattooing is not safe for you that day.

Guests and parking

Friends are welcome to come with you. Free parking is right in front of the studio and around the building.

Photos of your tattoo

We may photograph finished tattoos for our portfolio and social media. If you prefer that we don't, tell your artist in writing before your appointment.

Custom designs

Custom designs belong to Tattoo Point and the artist who drew them, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Touch-ups

Touch-ups for tattoos done at Tattoo Point are always free.

Right to refuse service

We may refuse, reschedule or stop a session for reasons of safety, health or client conduct.
